Dr. Nick Rainey, PT, DPT
Nick is a board certified orthopaedic physical therapist, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists, and a Certified Cervical and Temporomandibular Therapist, with additional certification in pelvic health. He owns three private practices in Sierra Vista, Arizona: Rainey Pain & Performance, Sierra Vista Headache and TMJ Specialists, and Access Therapy.
He also mentors students, residents, and fellows, and serves as adjunct faculty at Tufts University, Phoenix. Nick built ACE around one goal, progressing the profession one provider at a time, by making complex topics simple so clinicians can become experts earlier in their careers.

Alex completed a DPT at Idaho State University and an orthopedic residency through A.T. Still University, and is pursuing an orthopedic fellowship through Regis University. Clinical focus is extremity conditions, with additional training in dry needling, thrust manipulation, diagnostic ultrasound, and EMG.
